This is how it all started!  Ashley Cakes is owned and operated by the husband and wife team of Ashley and Josh Lattier.  Ashley's love of baking and decorating cakes started at the age of eight years old.  She would spend summers in Michigan baking with her aunt.  Ashley worked at a local bakery until Ashley Cakes was started in 2005.  Since then, her husband Josh has joined her full time.  With a background in art and graphic design and the help of Ashley, Josh has now transferred his artistic ability to decorating cakes as well.   Ashley has become known for creating cakes that are as delicious as they are beautiful.  Also setting Ashley Cakes apart is the personal service and attention to detail that we provide.  Every one of our cakes is personally designed, prepared, and decorated by Ashley and Josh.  We love working together and are thankful you have considered us in choosing a bakery for your special event.  We sincerely hope you give us the opportunity to provide you with a cake that will simply be unforgettable!
